<p>Taking care of your skin is really important. Sometimes it may seem difficult to deal with your skin problems, however, there are solutions available for every skin problem, and a little care can help you get over your skin problem completely.<span id="more-360"></span></p>
<p>Some of the most common skin problems include acne and pimples, eczema, sores, wrinkles, black heads, dark circles etc. Some other skin problems may be based on the type of skin you may have, for example dry skin problem might be different from oily skin and likewise.</p>
<p>Clogging of a lubricant called sebum into the skin causes acne. Acne usually occurs during teen ages and puberty when due to hormonal changes the skin starts overproducing sebum. You can prevent your skin from acne and pimples by following few simple skin care tips. In order to prevent acne you should wash your face in circular motion with a mild soap twice a day. After that, you should apply a lotion containing benzoyl peroxide as it prevents bacteria and oil from appearing onto the skin.  You should always go for cosmetics which have “noncomedogenic” or “nonacnegenic ” printed on them. Also, you must always remember to wash off any make-up from your face before you go to sleep.</p>
<p>Protecting the skin from sun is really important. You must never forget to apply a good sun block before you go out into the sun to avoid wrinkles and other skin issues. You must also apply sun block higher in SPF values when you are out in snow, beaches, or ice. Wearing hats and sun glasses is also a good idea to protect your skin from any damages.</p>
<p>Eczema is another serious skin problem that causes the skin to become red, itchy, and causes rashes to appear on the skin. People who are prone to eczema should always avoid using harsh detergents, perfumed soaps and lotion as they are likely to cause itching on the skin. Do not keep your skin in water for too long. Apply soothing cream and fragrant free lotion onto your skin.</p>
<p>Because of lack of presence of sebum, dry skin gets dehydrated quite easily. Cold weather also causes the skin to become dry. People with dry skin should make use of olive oil or almond oil instead of any commercial cleanser. Aloe Vera, calendula, and comfrey are also good for dry skin care. Milk baths are greatly beneficial for people with dry skin. A home mask containing an egg, honey, olive oil, and rose water applied to skin for about fifteen minutes really works wonders for dry skin.</p>
<p>Unlike the dry skin, oily skin overproduces sebum. People with oily skin are advised to do frequent cleansing as it prevents the pores from becoming clogged. In order to take care of oily skin, it is advised to take food rich in vitamin B2 and take less mount of sugars and fats. Keeping the skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water is a good tip for people with oily skin.</p>
