The problem of obesity in people really creates disturbance in their lives as their life style is affected badly. People go after the suggestions of friends or relatives to follow certain diet plans, to take weight loss pills, diet pills, diet patches, diet products and other weight loss drugs.
The followers of such suggestions get very excited and hopeful to shed pounds as weight loss is a very tough job to do. But these dietary plans and pills fail to attain the desired result as the weight loss through these procedures is a temporary thing. There are some other effective ways through which the permanent weight loss can be achieved. These strategies and tips would lead to permanent and long term weight loss results.
1) The first and most appropriate step to begin your program of working out is to take exercise. Many people stay away from working out as they say that they have no time to spend on long sessions of workout. But the research has shown that a three 10 minute sessions in a whole day are much better and effective than a single 30 minute session. Many experts stress upon walking saying that it helps in the weight loss. In fact, walking workout does not accelerate the heart rate that would help in the quick metabolism process. Walking does not burn the muscle glycogen resulting in the less fat metabolism. Hence, it is advised to take the initiative to begin the workout of small sessions of 10 minutes.
2) The second advice is to take a slow start. The beginners sometimes do much than they can and bear. The start should be with a session of 20 to 30 minutes walking workout. Later on, few minutes can be added to the previous session on daily basis. The workout steps should also be limited in the beginning. Over burdening yourself in the beginning would not bear fruitful results.
3) Keeping yourself hydrated is also a good tip for the workout sessions. A cup of water before, during and after the workout session accelerates the stamina, avoids internal damages and increases the speed of metabolism.
4) Along with the workout sessions, you should also make a habit of making a food diary by noting your food habits of what you have eaten before exercising and the rest of the day. This would bring great self awareness and you can also come to know where you can make your eating more healthful.
5) Your focus should be on staying healthy rather than to become lean and thin. With the workout program, the attention should be paid on eating as much healthy food as one can than to avoid eating to become lean in a few days.
6) To get yourself more and more scheduled and practiced into the workout sessions, you should call your friends or spouse to accompany you. It would also build up your morale.
7) Reduction in the stress and depression levels would also promote accelerated fat loss. Working out is the best way to resolve this issue.
8) For not getting lazy to begin the workout, you should prepare your gym bag or your exercising clothes the previous night of the workout session.
9) You should not stick upon fixed modes of exercising. Try different forms of exercise to get into the perfect shape.
10) Do not leave eating or else wise you would find workout boredom and a punishment.
